National Comics #9 (Quality, 1941) CGC VF- 7.5 Off-white to white pages. Just look at this mad free-for-all! Forgive us for saying this, Timely fans, but Lou Fine out-Schomburged Schomburg on this one! The designation "flag cover" hardly does this one justice, but indeed, in the midst of the melee are the stars and stripes of Old Glory, held aloft by Uncle Sam. The issue's interior artists include Klaus Nordling, Dan Zolnerowich, George Tuska, John Celardo, and Nick Cardy. Overstreet 2005 VF 8.0 value = $1,675. CGC census 7/05: 1 in 7.5, 2 higher.CGC Grader Notes:
