National Comics #39 San Francisco pedigree (Quality, 1944) CGC NM+ 9.6 White pages. We've never had the opportunity to offer this comic before, and boy, were we missing out! So the least we can do is make up for it by presenting this stunning pedigree copy. The unusual purple background is as unforgiving as a black cover would be when it comes to making flaws stand out, so we doubt there's a copy in existence that's better than this census-topper. And of course, we love any cover that has Hitler getting his comeuppance for ruining the 20th century with his master-race schemes. See if your moustache cushions that face-down landing, "phew"-rer! The cover's the work of Alex Kotzky. Overstreet 2005 NM- 9.2 value = $575. CGC census 7/05: 1 in 9.6, none higher.
