National Comics #21 (Quality, 1942) Condition: GD+. Classic Nazi swastika skull cover featuring Uncle Sam by the great Will Eisner. Eisner, Fred Guardineer, Paul Gustavson, Nick Cardy, and Klaus Nordling art. The centerfold is detached, there is tearing at both staples, and there is a 1" tear in the top left corner of the front cover.
