    Description

More Fun Comics #78 (DC, 1942) CGC VF 8.0 Cream to off-white pages. DC's oldest comic book series started as New Fun Comics way back in 1935, and was already up to issue #78 in the early days of the Golden Age. Green Arrow, Dr. Fate, Johnny Quick, the Spectre, and Aquaman vie for space in the superhero-rich pages drawn by artistic stalwarts such as Bernard Baily, George Papp, and Mort Meskin. A good-looking copy with just enough cumulative (but slight) stresses to warrant a grade that at first review may seem conservative. Overstreet 2003 VF 8.0 value = $1,250.
