Doctor Fate got cover billing here (he's illustrated by Howard Sherman), and inside the comic he's joined by the Spectre, Congo Bill, and others. Overstreet notes that all issues of this title are "scarce to rare." Overstreet 2006 GD 2.0 value = $348; VG 4.0 value = $696. CGC census 3/06: 1 in 3.0, 5 higher.
