Description

Marvel Mystery Comics #20 (Timely, 1941) CGC VG 4.0 Light tan to off-white pages. It's no wonder Alex Schomburg is a collector's favorite -- he delivered more action per square inch than any other artist in comics. Here, with limited space to work with, he packs both the foreground and background with spirited battles. Inside the comic, Bill Everett, Carl Burgos, and Paul Gustavson draw their signature characters Sub-Mariner, Human Torch, and Angel respectively (the Angel's origin is included in a text feature). Simon and Kirby contribute a Vision story. Overstreet 2004 VG 4.0 value = $480.
