Marvel Mystery Comics #16 (Timely, 1941) CGC NM- 9.2 Off-white pages. Aiding an Allied bombing run, the Torch helps pound a Nazi oil refinery into the ground on this cover. Timely was never bashful about helping out the war effort through their propagandistic covers and stories. This copy is beautiful, exhibiting the slightest defects to keep it from grading higher, including an impact to the upper corner.
