Description

Marvel Mystery Comics #13 (Timely, 1940) CGC VF- 7.5 Off-white pages. This issue is loaded with good stuff, from Alex Schomburg's cover to the first appearance of the Vision by Jack Kirby to regular features, the Human Torch, Sub-Mariner, and the Angel by Carl Burgos, Bill Everett, and Paul Gustavson. CGC has graded only one other copy of this issue higher, but it would be hard to find nicer cover colors than right here. This book was purchased from George Olshevsky as the Chicago copy, although CGC has not noted that information on the label. Overstreet 2002 VF 8.0 value = $2,900.
