Marvel Boy #2 The Promise Collection Pedigree (Marvel, 1951) CGC NM+ 9.6 Off-white pages. There were only two issues of Marvel Boy, superheroes having fallen out of fashion by 1951. Here our hero can only run away, as flaming meteors destroy Washington D. C., on the exploding Capitol building cover by Russ Heath. Bill Everett contributed interior art to the issue. Overstreet 2020 NM- 9.2 value = $1,700. CGC census 6/21: 1 in 9.6, none higher.CGC Grader Notes:
