Lightning Comics V2#1 (Ace, 1941) CGC VG+ 4.5 Cream to off-white pages. When this obscure issue shows up at all, it's usually in very low grade or has been restored. We've offered a copy on eight prior occasions over the 23 plus years we've been auctioning comic books, and only one was in higher grade, albeit just barely at 5.0! It may be rarer than the "5" that The Photo-Journal Guide to Comic Books assigned in its scarcity index. Jim Mooney cover. Mooney and Harry Anderson art. CGC notes, "The Bobby Blue Collection."
