The title character earned his own series after debuting in Hit Comics. He's still around today as part of the DC Universe, in fact some Golden Age fans probably had a heart attack when he was "revealed" to be the brother of ex-Fawcett lad Captain Marvel Jr! On the cover of this Golden Age issue, his main concern is trying to rouse his heavenly pal, Mr. Keeper. Overstreet 2005 NM- 9.2 value = $1,300.
