    Funny Pages V3#10 Mile High pedigree (Centaur, 1939) CGC VF+ 8.5 White pages. The Arrow makes his second cover appearance, courtesy of Carl Burgos (shortly after he introduced the Human Torch for Marvel). Artists include Jack Cole and Paul Gustavson. Pre-1940s books this nice are not easy to find, and this is the the highest-graded copy CGC has certified to date, as well as only the third copy we've ever seen. Overstreet 2014 VF 8.0 value = $2,070; VF/NM 9.0 value = $3,635. CGC census 8/14: 1 in 8.5, none higher.
