Flash Comics #1 and 4-6 Bound Volume (DC, 1940). This fantastic bound volume features several key Golden Age DC first appearances -- including those of the Flash, Hawkman, and Johnny Thunder! Included are copies of Flash Comics #1 (featuring first appearances of the Flash, Hawkman, Johnny Thunder, the Whip, and Shiera Saunders), 4 (Whip cover), 5 (King cover), and 6 (second cover appearance of the Flash) that have been trimmed and bound into a softcover volume. The front cover of the volume has separated from the contents; otherwise, the comics are in nice condition with some minor overall wear, glossy covers, a few creases and tears to the cover of #1, supple light tan pages, and some chipping and missing corners to the back cover and last several pages of issue #6.
