Exciting Comics #28 (Nedor Publications, 1943) CGC GD 2.0 Off-white to white pages. A Gerber "white space" issue, rated an "8" (or "rare") on the Photo-Journal Guide to Comic Books' Scarcity Index. Alex Schomburg drew the underwater, Black Terror, Nazi, World War II, War Bonds cover for the issue, with Bob Oksner contributing interior art. CGC notes, "Cover detached."
