Exciting Comics #13 (Nedor Publications, 1941) CGC VF 8.0 Cream to off-white pages. This is just the third CGC-graded copy that we have ever come across, and what a copy it is. The Black Terror bondage cover is simply beautiful, with blindingly bright cover inks and a nice, clean center. The book presents extremely well in its holder. Overstreet 2015 VF 8.0 value = $909.
