Detective Comics #81 (DC, 1943) CGC VG- 3.5 Off-white to white pages. Batman and Robin cover by Bob Kane and Jerry Robinson. First appearance of the Cavalier. Art by Kane, George Roussos, and Joe Simon and Jack Kirby (on the Boy Commandos feature). CGC notes, "Cover detached. Centerfold re-attached with tape. Tape on cover."
