Detective Comics #75 (DC, 1943) CGC VF+ 8.5 White pages. We hope you're enjoying all of this auction's black-cover Batmans and Detectives, and some of the highest grades copies thereof! This one's only been topped by one other copy according to CGC's current census. Simon and Kirby drew the Boy Commandos story in this issue, while Jack Burnley did the art on the Batman story. The issue's cover is by Jerry Robinson. Overstreet 2006 VF 8.0 value = $694; VF/NM 9.0 value = $1,097. CGC census 3/06: 2 in 8.5, 1 higher. From the Collection of Harold Curtis.CGC Grader Notes:
