Detective Comics #37 (DC, 1940) CGC GD- 1.8 Off-white to white pages. This issue has Batman's last solo adventure, as the next issue would introduce Robin! The many backup features include superheroes the Crimson Avenger, Speed Saunders, and Slam Bradley, as well as globetrotting adventurer Cliff Crosby, who made his first appearance in this issue. The cover is credited to Bob Kane. Kane, Fred Guardineer, and Joe Shuster handled the interior art. Overstreet 2006 GD 2.0 value = $697. CGC census 3/07: 1 in 1.8, 11 higher.CGC Grader Notes:
