Batman makes his second-ever appearance and Fu Manchu his last in this title. Bob Kane, Joe Shuster, and Fred Guardineer contributed interior art, with Guardineer providing the cover. CGC notes, "Restoration includes: very small amount of color touch on cover, spine split sealed to cover, cover cleaned, interior lightened."
