Detective Comics #28 (DC, 1939) CGC Apparent FN+ 6.5 Extensive (P) Off-white pages. A very attractive copy of this early Bat-issue. Batman makes his second-ever appearance and Fu Manchu makes his last in this title. Bob Kane, Joe Shuster, and Fred Guardineer contributed interior art, with Guardineer providing the cover. CGC notes, "Restoration includes: color touch, pieces added, tear seals, cover cleaned, interior lightened. (Top 4" of front cover married)".
