This issue's villain is a fellow named Numbers, who's as obsessed with the number three as Two-Face is with two! Dick Sprang drew both the Batman story and the cover; there's also a Boy Commandos story with art by Carmine Infantino. Overstreet 2005 FN 6.0 value = $186; VF 8.0 value = $388.
