Not only is this mind-blowing copy the highest-graded one certified by CGC, it's also the first one we've seen with a grade above VF/NM 9.0! Batman and Robin battle the Penguin in a story called "The Umbrellas of Crime", with a cover and art by Jim Mooney (ghosting for Bob Kane). Overstreet 2020 NM- 9.2 value = $1,500.
