Description
Daredevil Comics #2 (Lev Gleason, 1941) CGC VG 4.0 Off-white to white pages. No true high-grade copy of this issue has been certified to date (with the highest checking in at 7.0), so take a close look at this original-owner specimen. This was the first issue to say Daredevil Comics on the cover (following "Daredevil Battles Hitler" on #1) and according to some, it's the first time Charles Biro was put in charge of the character -- he's the creator most associated with the original Daredevil. The villainous Claw had his own story in the issue, and a host of backup features made their debuts, with art by the likes of Dick Briefer and Jerry Robinson. Overstreet 2006 VG 4.0 value = $606.
