Crack Comics #29 Mile High pedigree (Quality, 1943) CGC NM+ 9.6 White pages. This issue contains an early appearance of Captain Triumph, a bizarre character who gained super powers by merging with the ghost of his dead twin brother. He's drawn on the cover by Ruben Moreira of later DC fame, and inside the issue by Alfred Andriola, who's best known for drawing the Kerry Drake strip. The back-up features include Jack Cole's Slap Happy Pappy. This is the highest-graded of only three copies certified by CGC to date. Overstreet 2014 NM- 9.2 value = $600. CGC census 8/14: 1 in 9.6, none higher.
