Catman Comics #13 (Holyoke/Continental, 1942) CGC VG- 3.5 Cream to off-white pages. Just the third copy we've ever seen. Catman to the rescue of Kitten on this bondage/Japanese War/Rising Sun cover by Charles Quinlan. Gerber rates this issue a "9", and it's a "white space" book in the Photo-Journal Guide to Comics.
