Catman Comics #13 (Continental, 1942) CGC Apparent VG- 3.5 Slight to Moderate (C-2) Cream to off-white pages. Bondage/Japanese War/Rising Sun cover by Charles Quinlan. Gerber rates this issue a "9", and it's a "white space" book in the Photo-Journal Guide to Comics. Quinlan and Sol Brodsky art. CGC notes, "Restoration includes: color touch, pieces added to cover, glue on spine of cover, tear seals to cover, spine split sealed to cover. (Tape on interior of cover and interior.)
