Until the Promise Collection was discovered earlier this year, the highest CGC-graded copy of issue #32 was a VF 8.0! Consequently we think that this NM+ 9.6 copy will be turning heads so quickly that, dare we say, necks will be snapping! L. B. Cole is responsible for the superb underwater cover art, featuring Cat-Man, Kitten, and a menacing shark. Rudy Palais interior art. Overstreet 2020 NM- 9.2 value = $3,400.
