The highest-graded of the only three copies to have been given a grade higher than VF- 7.5 by CGC. Gerber's Photo-Journal Guide to Comics rates the issue a "7" or "scarce" on its Scarcity Index. Cat-man comes to the rescue of Kitten from the clutches of the evil Doctor Macabre on the bondage cover by L. B. Cole. Rudy Palais and Nina Albright art. Overstreet 2020 NM- 9.2 value = $3,400.
