Cat-Man Comics #28 (Continental, 1945) CGC VG 4.0 Off-white to white pages. The classic Dr. Macabre skull cover is by the great L. B. Cole, and Kitten's secret identity is revealed to Catman in this issue. The incredible artist stable of Nina Albright, Bob Fujitani, Don Rico, and Rudy Palais all contributed to the issue which the Photo-Journal Guide to Comic Books rates a "7" ("scarce") on their Scarcity Index.
