Captain Midnight #1 (Fawcett Publications, 1942) CGC VG+ 4.5 Cream to off-white pages. Origin of Captain Midnight. Fawcett's obligatory Captain Marvel first-issue cameo on the cover. CGC notes, "Small piece of tape on interior cover & 1st 10 pages." Overstreet 2013 VG 4.0 value = $618. CGC census 10/13: 4 in 4.5, 15 higher.
