Considered "rare" by Overstreet and a Gerber "8". Large 8.75" x 11.5" format, printed in black and white, with a color cover. Overstreet notes, "Rarely found in Fine or Mint condition." No value is listed above VF. This copy is tied for CGC's highest grade. Recently, a FR copy sold for almost $600! Overstreet 2010 GD 2.0 value = $300.
