Jack Kirby and Joe Simon wrote stories, provided the interior art, and drew this World War II / Nazi / torture cover featuring the Ringmaster's "Wheel of Death," for this early Cap issue. As if that wasn't enough, this issue marked the beginning of one of comic's most legendary storytellers, containing Stan Lee's first published comic book story. Tuk and Hurricane backup stories.
