Captain America Comics #38 (Timely, 1944) CGC Conserved FN/VF 7.0 Off-white to white pages. This early Cap issue features a Human Torch story, and an over-the-top, chaotic bondage/skull/Japanese War/Rising Sun cover by the inimitable Alex Schomburg. Syd Shores, Al Bellman, Vince Alascia, Al Gabriele, and Don Rico handle the interior art chores. CGC notes, "Conservation includes: tear seals to cover, cover cleaned."
