Captain America Comics #3 (Timely, 1941) CGC GD/VG 3.0 Cream to off-white pages. The classic Red Skull/bondage cover is by none other than Golden Age cover artist extraordinaire, Alex Schomburg. The story and interior art are by Joe Simon, Jack Kirby, and Mac Raboy, with a text story by Stan Lee (this was actually Stan's first work for Timely, later to be known as Marvel). It will probably take a double-Guide bid to corral this prize! Overstreet 2015 GD 2.0 value = $2,000; VG 4.0 value = $4,000.
