Captain America Comics #16 (Timely, 1942) CGC Qualified FN- 5.5 Off-white pages. This issue's got one of the most exciting stories of the series' run, with the Red Skull unmasking Cap and finding out that he's really Steve Rogers! Not only that, the Red Skull is also seen without his mask (not by Cap, but by us readers) in the story, which was written by Stan Lee and drawn by Al Avison. The bondage cover is by Avison. CGC notes, "Married centerfold. (Small amount of dried glue on centerfold)." Overstreet 2006 GD 2.0 value = $436; VG 4.0 value = $872; FN 6.0 value = $1,308.
