Blue Ribbon Comics #9 Mile High Pedigree (MLJ, 1941) CGC NM 9.4 White pages. It's the most valuable issue in the entire 22-issue run of MLJ's first comic title. Not only does it feature the origin and first appearance of Mr. Justice, the issue is an Overstreet "scarce" and a Gerber "7". This Mile High copy easily outgrades the nearest competition 9.4 to 8.5!
