Blue Ribbon Comics #15 (MLJ, 1941) CGC FN 6.0 Off-white to white pages. Mr. Justice stars on this issue's classic cover by Sam Cooper; within the issue, Cooper provides art for a story featuring Mr. Justice fighting Hitler, Goebbels, other Nazis, and even Satan himself! With only 18 total copies on the CGC census across both Universal and Restored grades, this ranks among the top four CGC-certified copies.The issue also features a Steel Sterling back cover pin-up, the final Green Falcon appearance, and art by Golden Age greats Charles Biro, Irv Novick, and Paul Reinman. Likely due to very few sales of this scarce book, Overstreet dramatically undervalues it. We've placed it on our list of the ten rarest MLJ issues, and sales regularly realize prices more than five to ten times the listed Guide values. Overstreet 2023 FN 6.0 value = $465. CGC census 5/24: 1 in 6.0, 3 higher.
