Blonde Phantom #18 (Timely, 1948) CGC NM- 9.2 Off-white to white pages. Namora makes an appearance in the Sub-Mariner backup story. The cover is by Ken Bald, and the interior art is by Bald, John Fagaly, Mike Sekowsky, and Vince Alascia. This is the highest-graded of only a handful of copies certified by CGC to date. Overstreet 2012 NM- 9.2 value = $1,300. CGC census 7/12: 1 in 9.2, none higher. From the Empire Comics Collection.
