Blonde Phantom #18 The Promise Collection Pedigree (Timely, 1948) CGC NM+ 9.6 Off-white to white pages. Our high-heeled heroine was portrayed by Ken Bald on the romantic intrigue cover which surrounds the cover story, and CGC's highest-graded copy of the issue. A Sub-Mariner backup story with a Namora appearance, and art by Mike Sekowsky and Vince Alascia round out the issue. Overstreet 2021 NM- 9.2 value = $1,850.
