Blonde Phantom #15 (Timely, 1947) CGC NM+ 9.6 Off-white page. Stylish copy recently ascended to the top of CGC's census for issue #15, and is likely to stay there. Featured is a Sub-Mariner story and a welcomed appearance by his better half, Namora. Syd Shores did the cover, and Harvey Kurtzman's contributed a "Hey Look" feature.
