Blonde Phantom #13 (Timely, 1947) CGC VF/NM 9.0 Off-white pages. This book is uncommon in high grades -- in fact, we've seen only two nicer copies in the past 15 years! The Sub-Mariner's series of backup stories begin in this issue, with one by Bill Woolfolk and Stan Lee. It also contains a Miss America backup story. The bondage cover is by Syd Shores, and story art is by Shores, Don Rico, Ken Bald, and Vern Henkel. Overstreet 2024 VF/NM 9.0 value = $1,979; NM- 9.2 value = $2,800.
