Black Cat Comics #11 Mile High pedigree (Harvey, 1948) Condition: NM+. Apparently no Harvey File copies of this book exist, so your best bet to get an amazingly nice copy is the surest bet in comic collecting, the Mile High! Note that CGC's highest-graded copy is a VF+ 8.5 as of this writing. Kerry Drake and Dotty Dripple are among the backup features. The party being celebrated by the Black Cat on the cover is the sixth anniversary of her first appearance in Pocket Comics #1 (the party's about half a year too late, but who's counting?).
