Batman #97 (DC, 1956) CGC VF+ 8.5 Off-white to white pages. This early Silver Age (or is it late Golden Age?) issue featured the second appearance of Ace, the Bat Hound and a Joker story. Win Mortimer did the cover, with Sheldon Moldoff contributing interior art. This copy's unsurpassed in grade, according to CGC's census for issue #97. Overstreet 2007 VF 8.0 value = $317; VF/NM 9.0 value = $509.
