Batman #45 (DC, 1948) CGC VF+ 8.5 Off-white to white pages. This copy's tied for the highest grade that CGC has yet assigned. A Catwoman story drawn by Charles Paris is the highlight of the book, but there's also a Christmas story, and of course Win Mortimer's Yuletide cover.
