Batman #29 (DC, 1945) CGC FN+ 6.5 Off-white to white pages. Fans of artist Dick Sprang will want to be sure to place a bid on this issue, which features a cover and three stories by the man known for years as the "good Batman artist." Jerry Robinson contributes art to a four-page Alfred adventure. Of special note is the fact that Bob McCay (son of Little Nemo in Slumberland artist Windsor McCay) was colorist for most of this issue. Overstreet 2006 FN 6.0 value = $462; VF 8.0 value = $963. CGC census 6/06: 2 in 6.5, 17 higher.
