Batman #11 Rockford pedigree (DC, 1942) CGC VF+ 8.5 Off-white pages. It's been 10 years since we last offered the Rockford copy of issue #11. A classic Joker cover by Fred Ray makes this one of the most sought-after Batman issues. Of course, the Clown Prince of Crime appears inside the comic as well -- by trying to kill Robin, he's just asking for a Bat-beating, and Batman's happy to oblige. And if you want even more action, the Dynamic Duo has to deal with the Penguin as well, when their avian adversary tries to rob mild-mannered Bruce Wayne. The interior art is by Bob Kane, Jerry Robinson, and George Roussos. Overstreet 2014 VF 8.0 value = $6,512; VF/NM 9.0 value = $11,506. CGC census 5/15: 6 in 8.5, 5 higher.
