    Description

Batman #11 (DC, 1942) CGC FN/VF 7.0 Cream to off-white pages. Overstreet refers to this Fred Ray/Jerry Robinson collaboration as a "Classic Joker cover" and we rarely argue with Mr. Overstreet on such matters, certainly not about this stupendous, surreal eye-boggler. Like many key Golden Age comic books, the value for higher grades increases many-fold over the lower grades. To your benefit, dear bidder, that allows you to procure a book like this, which looks almost as nice as a much higher-graded copy but will cost thousands less. That's right! Thousands less. Enough savings to nab another collectible or two. Overstreet 2002 FN 6.0 value = $1,845; VF 8.0 value = $4,000.
