Catwoman appears sporting a new costume in this issue, but otherwise she hasn't changed -- when she's caught, she gives Batman a big kiss, and what do you know, he lets her get away ... again! The issue has a Jerry Robinson cover, with interior art by Robinson and Bob Kane. CGC notes, "Restoration includes: small amount of color touch, glue on spine, tear seal."
