All Winners Comics #4 (Timely, 1942) CGC FN- 5.5 Cream to off-white pages. This war propaganda cover by Al Avison is a real classic! Never have the Timely heroes been so intimidating, and that includes the likes of Bucky, the Whizzer, and the Destroyer. Bill Everett and Carl Burgos contributed interior art to the issue. Interestingly enough, we had seen another copy on this book with the same "3/25" cover notation, so that no doubt pinpoints the precise on-sale date of the issue. CGC notes, "2 small pieces of tape on centerfold." Overstreet 2006 FN 6.0 value = $1,044.
