Description

All Winners Comics #1 (Timely, 1941) CGC VG/FN 5.0 Cream to off-white pages. A key Timely book containing the first appearance of the All-Winners Squad, who are featured in a text story by Stan Lee. This was the only appearance of the Angel and Black Marvel in this title, and Hitler even makes an appearance. The Captain America story is by Joe Simon and Jack Kirby, and the Human Torch and Sub-Mariner begin runs in the title. Alex Schomburg drew the "5 New Famous Action Features" cover for the summertime issue. Carl Burgos, Bill Everett, and Paul Gustavson art. Currently one of Overstreet's Top 100 Golden Age Comics.
